Numerous Michigan law firms and corporations stepped up to the plate in 1999, contributing nearly $15,000 toward the Dean's List campaign. At the very top, with a contribution which funded production of art prints, is Ford Motor Company. Through the efforts of Ford attorneys James Vondale and Jennifer Gilhool, virtually all of the Foundation's fundraising during 1999-2000 will go directly into law student scholarships. Another generous 1999 contribution from the law firm of Howard & Howard, earmarked for a student attending the University of Detroit Mercy Law School, was presented by the firm's CEO, Gina Torielli.
